Subscriptions & Refunds

Memberships operate on an automatic recurring basis and can be paused or cancelled at any time via the user dashboard. Due to the immediate, digital delivery of the premium library access and downloadable materials, all sales of individual PDF products, monthly subscription cycles and annual memberships are final.

When a monthly subscription is cancelled or paused, the cancellation applies to the next billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current cycle. The member will retain full access to all premium library areas and the bi-weekly newsletter for the remainder of the pre-paid monthly term, after which access will automatically terminate.
