• Email Addresses: When a user subscribes to the free newsletter or paid membership tier, the email address is collected solely to deliver written entries and transactional receipts. The email database is private and will never be shared, bartered or sold.
• Payment Processing: All subscription and digital product transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Financial data (such as credit card numbers or banking information) never touches or resides on the local server infrastructure. Independent privacy protocols can be viewed via the Stripe platform.
• Analytics: This platform is ad-free. There are no tracking pixels, external marketing scripts or public comment feeds deployed on the site.

Rights & Boundaries

Full ownership of personal data is retained by the user. Accounts can be deleted by contacting privacy@thepristinesanctuary.com. Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time through the member dashboard, guaranteeing continued library access until the end of the current pre-paid cycle.
